Anti-groping feature on cellphones
Posted on Oct 24, 07 06:38 PM PDT
Everyone knows that groping is a fact of life on Japan's crowded trains, but there is hope yet for women using that mode of transport. An anti-groping application has been developed, flashing a series of stern messages that get more and more serious in time. It will start off with the rather blunt "Excuse me, did you just grope me?", progressing to "Shall we head to the police?" for all and sundry to hear. Hopefully females won't abuse this feature at a colleague whom they have a strong dislike for.
