Backlit keyboards work with NV goggles
Oct 9, 07 09:15 PM PDT
LED backlit keyboards work just fine in the dark, but not when you're wearing night vision (NV) goggles. iKey has developed a rugged LED backlit keyboard that is now compatible with NV goggles, featuring filters that remove unwanted light interference normally found between illuminated keys as NV goggles. They can be used in military, law enforcement, and emergency medical operations that often require a certain degree of effective visual enhancement at night. Kiss goodbye to the bloom effect with this new device from iKey, making a halo-like glow around lit displays a thing of the past. Each of these iKey keyboards come in compact and mountable models, making them a cinch to install in tanks, airplanes, submarines, helicopters, and other custom projects. You'll have to enquire within for pricing details.
