Creative VISION:M Clone

Oct 12, 07 10:29 AM PDT

Creative VISION:M CloneThe void left by Creative’s decision of stopping the production of the VISION:M will be quickly filled, it seems: a slightly smaller clone has appeared… in China, of course.

As it is the case with many clones, it is only a superficial copy, don’t expect any of the VISION:M user interface to be present. This player can do the basics, though: 1.8” TFT (vs. 2.5” for the original), support for the popular video and audio formats (avi, mpg, mov, mp3, wma, wav, FM tuner, USB 2.0.

Obviously, the main argument for clones is how cheap they are: 2GB for $40, 12 units minimum order – Yikes!
