Long-haul unmanned plane

The Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST) has successfully developed a fueling system for light-weight unmanned planes, allowing them to fly for up to 10 hours without refueling. This research is hoped that smaller and cheaper unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) will be able to be produced, targeting both military and civilian purposes. This tiny plane that could weighs just a couple of kilograms and can fly for up to 10 hours non-stop with 500 grams of liquefied hydrogen fuel. It is also strong enough to perform acrobatic maneuvers such as ``rolls'' and ``loops,'' using a radio controller. At this point in time, the yet unnamed long-haul UAV has to be controlled manually.
