Navigation devices with tactile feedback

Immersion just announced that CTT-Net Korea is shipping a couple of navigation devices that have tactile feedback powered by Immersion’s TouchSense. In a visually busy and a potentially noisy environment, the tactile feedback can provide a (tactile) confirmation that the last command was executed. This feedback can replace or supplement a visual and audio feedback.
The devices are the CSN-7040 (above) and the CIN-7000 (dash built-in, look at the photo gallery). Both GPS systems feature a 7-inch screen and digital TV (DMB) – I’m sure that they play MP3 files as well.
