The upcoming holiday season will be an interesting one, with all three home consoles duking it out for the number 1 spot. Nintendo has already mentioned that they won't be able to meet demand even by then, which would then see disappointed console gamers look towards the Xbox 360 and PS3 as viable alternatives despite a totally different set of games. Having said that, Nintendo won't be dropping the price of its console, with the recommended retail price remaining at $249. This is pretty disappointing since both Microsoft and Sony has already cut prices of their consoles. Anyone wants to place a bet on when Nintendo will slash their price?
