RM-A4000 for motorcycles

Motorcycle owners often have the short end of the stick where GPS navigation systems are concerned, and the RM-A4000 aims to bridge that gap. This GPS navigation system boasts JIS 3rd class (IPX) equivalent water spray resistance and comes with a 3.5" LCD display, 64MB of internal memory, an SD memory card slot (up to 2GB), MP3/WMA playback, MPEG-4 video support, and a Carpoint GPS receiver. It is powered by a built-in lithium polymer battery, and the RM-A4000 measures 115mm × 80mm × 30mm, weighing 260 grams and will be released when November rolls around for approximately $596. It would be interesting to see if motorcycle-centric GPS systems feature shortcuts like small alleys and lanes just in case you're running short on time.

This seems to be a Japan only unit so far. Drooling over the RM-Z7000 7-inch PND which resembles the XRoad V7 unit. Wish it came to the states.
