S. Korea sprinkle PCs in public places
Published on 10/ 9/2007

The whole world is painfully aware that South Korea is at the forefront where Internet penetration and gadgets are concerned, and the country's status has just been elevated by another notch with news that the Seoul metro system will benefit from Digita' Stations located at strategic places. Each of these stations are actually computers that allow you to get online. The PC itself comes with a memory card reader that allows you to upload your photos on the spot, while a cellphone charging port (hopefully with the necessary adapters) will be a welcome relief for travelers looking for a power outlet to juice up their dead handsets. Any idea whether these will be vandalized or stripped of its parts?
