umm i rlly dont like da phone cuz itz kinda boring now wen i had it den i went with a red centrol palm and i loved it and i didnt want dat so i went with a treo i no im spoiled lol and i love and lol bye love ya

The Beep Happens to tell you that a minute has gone by and that you just spent money.

I recomend green

You can turn off the 'beep each minute' in the settings.

the camera sucks unless its good light the vibrate is like a ring tone. sometimes it shuts off on its own but its only happened to me like twice. the full keyboard is nice. there is an automatic lock after a couple seconds but you can take that off.

the phone is really great. and for the retards who say they have problems with their phone, maybe you should stop dropping the phones. Take better care of them and you wont have any problems! DUH

I got a green rumor about 1 week ago. Here are some of the pit falls of this phone.
1. It locks after a very short period of time and you cannot control it.

2. while you are talking a beep goes off every minute. This is very annoying and I do not know why it happens. It is not the call waiting feature because there is no one calling in AND it is not because it is not charged because I charge my phone every night. The other person can also hear the beep, so they probably think that another call is coming in or that I am recording the conversation. Both are embarrassing.

I don't think I would have gotten this phone is I knew some of the quircks...

The Rumor fone looks so cool! I am 11 and i'm hoping to get this fone soon. Wish me luck in convincing my parents that a cell fone is a good thing! :) they're so persuasive

I HATE IT. MY PHONE SHUTS OFF ON IT OWN. IT REALLY DOESNT VIBRATE AND THE RINGER IS NOT THAT LOUD. I CAN NOT FEEL IT VIBRATE IN MY POCKET. IT HOLD ONLY 10 SONGS WITH 1GB MICRO SD CARD. I'M REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE RUMOR.

mine suck! i had one. it shut off consistantly. so i got a ew one. now it wont send pic mail and wont vibrate. i was very disapointed

I am about to get this phone and really from a the Mogul by HTC it is a down grade but I can't stand the mogul the rumor was my first choice and so I am switching them. But with all these mixed reviews, I am not going to get rid of my Mogul just yet I'll hold on to it and see what happens. =]

okay when i first got my phone i was like yeah. suhweet. but the programs on it are not as good as the ones altell as on there phone exaclty like sprint. i also dont like that when your deleting you cant delete multiple and the whole stupid blue tooth only being with pc. i would advice people to look around before settling with this phone.

i got this phone in black and blue it awsome fast good textin keyboard havent been on the internet the camera and vidoe recorder is good so overall is good

hey, i have the sprint rumor, and i can honestly say that the only really bad thing about this phone is the fact that you can't buy a cover that you can keep on, so its very easy to scratch it. the camera takes good pics, it records good, and with a memory card, holds good amount of memory.

Well let me start of by saying this phone is the best!!!!!
Everyone at my school says that it is better than their phone.
I only found 2 problems and it was the camera and I cant seem to find the voice kit.
The camera doesnt really have good quality except if u r in good light. (i noe this bc my mom has the Centro and it has very good quality in its camera)
And somehow i cant find the voice kit well if u can just say it on here.

This is an amazing phone. It works just fine. I RECOMEND TO ALL! ( especially for all the texters...xD )

You can also put music on your Sprint Rumor without buying the USB cord. You simply put the memory card into your computer/printer, or whatever holds your card. Go to My Computer. Double Click on 'Removable Disk (F:)'. Then click on the 'Music' Folder. And drag and drop your music from iTunes, or anyother music sorce.

It's true about the "RE-CALL". Both of my children got one for Christmas and they both have locked up and lost everything on them.
Sprint has replaced the phones with new ones until they come back, which they said could take up to two months.
So, for you who are thinking about getting this phone.....It's a GREAT phone but, it has it's quirks right now so just make sure when you get one they've been worked out.

this phone is coming out in Green for valentines day for your interest out there. I love the idea of green but don't know what it looks like they don't have any pictures yet.Mid Feb sprint guy told me a few days ago...hope this helps

For everyone who has this phone just for FYI sprint is recalling the phone because they have found out that the phone does automatic hard resets on its own and you will lose everything so make sure you do a back up of all contacts and music and messages. the way you will know is it will start shutting off by itself then it will not power up and then you will turn it on and everything is gone..
