Alltel Wireless has launched the Axcess Family Finder service, featuring easy-to-use interactive maps that help monitor or guide family members to specific locations. Unfortunately, the Axcess Family Finder Web site given in the press release does not work :( Still, it is interesting to know that such a service exists, enabling frazzled parents to know just which specific areas their offspring hang out frequently, while the Scheduled Check function lets them track their kids during certain times courtesy of GPS technology.
