Eye Power aims to heal eyesight

I would recommend going for laser surgery or see a good optometrist if you want to correct your vision, but if you're an avid DIY freak, there is always the Eye Power. It claims to heal your vision problems using ultrasonic technology, helping folks who suffer from near-sighted/myopic vision problems. All you need to do is place the Eye Power in front of one eye for approximately 10 minutes, waiting for the magical ultrasonic waves to do their job before your vision is restored to a perfect 20/20. It retails for $800, and remains to be seen (pun intended) whether it really works or not. What do you say - do you have a handy salt bottle in hand already?
