Make tunes on the road
Nov 13, 07 08:42 AM PDT

The Melody Road in Japan was developed by members of the Hokkaido Industrial Research Institute, where their effort of carving thousands of very precise grooves into nearby roads made this possible. These grooves stand somewhere between 6mm and 12mm apart, and to sample just a bit of their audio capability, all you need to do is head over to Hokkaido, Wakayama or Gunma in Japan while driving at approximately 28mph in your car. I suppose to poorer your car's sound insulation is, the better the results? ( Add a comment, Search on eBay)
