Micron intros RealSSD range

Micron has announced its RealSSD range that will come in a wide variety of form factors and densities, targeting computing, enterprise server and networking applications. These new RealSSDs boast native SATA II interface, low power consumption (less than 2 watts when active), and a rugged, lightweight plastic casing that makes it the perfect candidate where storage solutions in an ultra mobile PC is concerned. The 1.8" and 2.5" RealSSD solid state drives for both notebooks and desktops will come in 32GB and 64GB densities, with mass production to begin in Q1 2008. ( Add a comment)
