Motorola ROKR E8 hands-on BGR has scored yet another exclusive with the Motorola ROKR E8 this time round. This handset from Motorola is known as the “morphing phone”, since it boasts a keyboard that changes based on the function that you want to make use of. For example, whenever you want to capture an image, you will be treated to zoom in and out keys, a playback key for viewing recently taken photos, and a video camera key for switching to video mode. Switching to music mode will see next and previous keys, a play/pause key, a shuffle playback key, and a repeat key. Other features include tactile feedback, a 2 megapixel camera, Bluetooth connectivity with A2DP support, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. There is no word on an official release date as at press time, but this could be just the handset to revive Motorola’s fortunes.
