Mystery HTC device on FCC

The FCC has shown a new UMPC device from HTC, with the ability to run both Windows Vista and Mobile. Very little information regarding the specifications are available, although from the image provided there are air vents as well as a battery pack located at the bottom section, in addition to WiFi and Bluetooth 2.0 connectivity, CDMA and EV-DO.
