New Toshiba LCD has insane resolution
Nov 2, 07 09:21 AM PDT

Toshiba engineers have certainly gone off their rocker with this new 22" LCD display that boasts a resolution of 3,840 x 2,400 (also known as WQUXGA), but unfortunately that resolution doesn't do justice to the screen size. No idea why Toshiba rolled this out, maybe just to show the world that they can. This LCD display won't come cheap though, as it is tipped to retail somewhere in the region of €12,000. Vaseline not included. ( Add a comment)

Very good comment above! "Vaseline not included". Who so "genial" made this very big resolution on 22"? It's nonsens for PC market (in movie production - I agree (in very specyfic needs). I work on 30" with 2560 x 1600 pixel, it happends, I have use good glass. So, please imagine 3840 x 2400 on 22"!!! It is similiar if you look on 1600x1200 resolution on 7" screen. I am really stupid and I don't understand this genial idea of Toshiba... Please, illuminate me!
