Pure Gold Remote Control

Lantic Systems has just released a new remote control that comes in pure gold, retailing for over $55,000, making it the king of the hill when it comes to being the most expensive standard remote control on the market. Dubbed the Gold RC1, it will be ready for delivery from December onwards, while initial orders (there were actually folks crazy AND rich enough to purchase this thing?!) have already been received. The Gold RC1 offers total control over TV/video/DVD, music/CD, Internet, e-mail, CCTV, burglary alarm, lights, curtains, air-conditioning and surveillance of navigation systems among others as long as they are compatible.
