Sony Ericsson MD300 3G Modem
Posted on Nov 6, 07 03:12 PM PDT

The MD300 is a broadband modem that works on 3G GSM networks (like Cingular’s). With it, users can connect to the internet from wherever coverage is available. Because 3G coverage could be spotty outside of major cities, it works with EDGE as well. The modem will be commercialized early next year.
Note that many 3G phones can also function as a modem.
