Twins phone from TechFaith Wireless

TechFaith Wireless of China has released what is dubbed the "first WCDMA/GSM dual mode phone" in the world, also known as the Twins phone. This handset allows users to load one WCDMA SIM card as well as one GSM card or two dual GSM SIM cards simultaneously, hence removing the hassle of switching out SIM cards or carrying two cellphones in order to separate business and personal lines. Features include a 2 megapixel camera, a 2.8" touch sensitive TFT LCD display, 256MB RAM, 64MB ROM, integrated MP3 and MPEG4 playback, a WCDMA modem, Bluetooth connectivity and video call support. There will be two variants available, namely the Dragonfly and OMAP whereby the latter has a superior processor and tri-band network support. No word on pricing and availability, but chances are you won't see either in the US anytime soon.
