This USB-powered infra-red pad is said to relieve aches and pains whenever you wear it, but until I try it on for myself I'd happily take this piece of gadgetry with a pinch of salt. The pad itself measures 45mm and weighs 31 grams, consuming 1.2W of power when in use. Best to consult with your physician or doctor before using this though.
