Belkin's F5L013 USB Laptop Security Alarm helps keep your laptop secure by basing the entire security system around a solid lock-like base complete with an alarm system and a USB cable. Should the USB cable be cut or disconnected at any time, the alarm will shriek in order to alert you (as well as giving a shock to those around) until you shut it up by inserting a key into the base. Not to sure how effective this would be to act as a theft deterrent, but at least it beats having your laptop taken away silently without anyone else knowing about it. There is no word on pricing as at press time.
