Verizon offers Samsung FlipShot

Verizon offers Samsung FlipShot Verizon is currently offering the FlipShot from Samsung, a new cellphone that concentrates more on its camera capability than anything else. You get a 3 megapixel camera/camcorder with rotating display for optimal viewing in addition to Bluetooth connectivity, a business card scanner, PictBridge compatibility, an integrated speakerphone, SMS support, and a 240 x 320 260k color TFT display among others. The Samsung FlipShot is relatively cheap at $199.99, although you do have to sign over your soul to Verizon for a couple of years.

I almost bought it, but Verizon has now raised the price by $100. What a ripoff at $299 for what is basically just an updated version of the previous generation, add bluetooth, and subtract .2 megapixels from the camera.

I have it it is a nice phone the pics are great for a phone and the screen is clear and easy to read. it is also a camcorder for 30 second shots. Nice phone I am happy with it.
