8 and 9 inches Asus Eee before February

The display suppliers for the Asus Eee mini-laptop will also benefit from the next version of the coveted (small and cheap) line-up coming with slightly larger display sizes: 8 and 9 inches. AU Optotronics and Chungwha Picture Tubes are expected to benefit from the continued success of Asus’ Eee brand.
The new Asus Eee with larger screens are expected to hit before the end of January. The resolution of the new displays is not known at this point. We think that they will be presented at CES 2008. More Asus Eee stories.
