Alltel customers do mobile shopping

Alltel customers are now able to spend more money without even getting out of their chair, via their BlackBerry smartphones. This is made possible with the Digby free mobile shopping service that is available for BlackBerry smartphone users. Some of the retailers who have opened their online doors to this channel include Barnes & Noble, Best Buy, Godiva Chocolatier, and FTD.com. All you need to do is access Digby by logging on here on the BlackBerry and selecting Digby. Some of the features include :-
- The ability to complete a shopping transaction quickly from their wireless phone
- Rich content that is optimized for BlackBerry devices, including full product descriptions and images
- Universal mobile shopping cart with support for multiple products and retailers in a single order
- Calendar and address book integration on BlackBerry smartphones including reminders for special events
- Secure transactions and password-protected buying.
