Asus Eee ships more than 350,000 units

Is that news to anyone that the Asus Eee is a blockbuster? Probably not, but here are the numbers: industry pundits expected Asus to ship 300,000 units by now. But in reality Asus shipped about 350,000 and quite frankly they could have shipped a whole lot more, if they could produce them fast enough.

I’ll take this opportunity to remind you that the Asus EEE 2G (2GB) is in stock at Newegg. I just went to BestBuy.com and Amazon.com and both seem to have the 4GB or even the 8GB (Amazon) in stock. More Eee stories
