BOSE SoundDock Portable
Posted on Dec 6, 07 07:27 AM PDT

BOSE has just released its SoundDock Portable in Korea, targeting iPod owners there. This rectangular-looking speaker might not look like much, but you can somewhat expect above average audio quality due to the BOSE brand name. The SoundDock Portable features a low-power consumption DSP as well as a built-in rechargeable lithium ion battery that runs for three hours before calling it quits. As with any other BOSE products, you'd best prepare a sizeable budget as the SoundDock Portable retails for approximately $585 after conversion.

BOSE = Buy Other Sound Equipment, as it's known in the audiophile community. It's overpriced hardware that preys on ignorant consumers with fat wallets - people who equate price with quality. Steer clear of this one and save your money.
