Fly Bar makes getting fit fun
Dec 7, 07 10:03 AM PDT
The Fly Bar is a hit-or-miss affair, and I believe there isn't really any middle ground as you will either purchase it in an instant or turn away in fear of harming yourself unnecessarily. The Fly Bar functions via an adjustable rubber spring system and is powered completely by both leg strength and body weight, making this an effective tool for low impact exercise to prevent strain on your joints. Capable of supporting up to 180 pounds as you launch yourself up to 4 feet in the air, the Fly Bar weighs no more than 13 pounds and has been given the stamp of approval by pro skateboarder Andy MacDonald. The Fly Bar can be picked up for £149.
