You need to read before you post... as the comment right before says, the LG Prada came first. It was announced about a week (January) before the iPhone. LG Prada came out THREE MONTHS before the iPhone, and the iPhone has similar icons to the Prada, which came out first. So, if Apple were to sue LG they would surely lose, not only that, but LG could actually take the iPhone off the market by suing Apple.

Local Verizon store on Carl T. Jones Drive just indicated that Verizon has instructed them NOT to update any of their Voyager phones at this time to Version 5 software.

Sued for beig and iPhone clone..not hardly! iPhone is a much superior phone I know as I had one but not for long due to AT & T poor coverage I had to go back to Verizon and settle for this. It's good but not great... If it were an iPhone I would be able to use and listen to my music with ease and purchase new nusic cheaply. If it were an iPhone I would have wifi, and browse the internet pages much more quickly - don't be upset becuse of the few icons on the screne - it's not all that!

Just came back from the local Verizon store, Tech support stated Verizon has asked to not install the update due to several bugs being discovered after the fix has been completed. She stated they are working on addressing fixing the bugs but until that time, they have been asked to hold off on doing any updates.

Voyager's UI is based on the LG Prada which came out BEFORE the Iphone.
