Passive-Cooled 1GB GeForce 8800GT from Sparkle
Posted on Dec 21, 07 11:13 AM PDT

This will interest users who might want to build or upgrade their Media Center PC (or HTPC in general). By now, you should all know what a GeForce 8800 GT is, but it is a nice to see a passive-cooled (no fan) version of such a fast graphics card.
If you’re on a budget, take a look at the GeForce 8600, it also has full hardware video decoding and Gigabyte offers a passive-cooled version called SilentPipe.

The GeForce 8800 is the card to have. You can't read a tech magazine or read a computer blog without comming across the 8800. I repaired a computer the other day that had the SLI connection. 2 8800's linked! www.adamcpennington.googlepages.com
