Sun Table powers your laptop
Posted on Dec 18, 07 10:19 AM PDT

This outdoor table is made of a big solar panel that produce enough electricity to power a laptop (may be not a gaming one...) or devices that have similar power requirements. Underneath the panel, there is a nickel metal hybrid battery that stores the electricity (156 Watt hour). It takes three hours of sunlight to get a full-charge and an integrated power-inverter provides the 120V AC that our appliances expect. It’s interesting, but not cheap: $3600. Product page.
