Airsoft Tank to annoy pets (and kids)
Posted on Jan 7, 08 02:12 PM PDT

[CES 2008] Ever wish you had an airsoft gun to pelt your kids and pets into submission? Battery Option Limited from the Far East has just unveiled a range of Airsoft Tanks - albeit a wee bit too late as Christmas has just passed, but it would still make a pretty cool year-round toy. Each tank was built to resemble their real-world counterparts at a much smaller scale, and the paint job looked pretty realistic to it. Depending on the model you pick, the included remote control works across a range of frequencies so as not to mess with the rest of your wireless devices at home. There is no word on pricing or availability as at press time, although each tank will come with a bottle of BB pellets. The tank can hold anywhere from 50 to 100 pellets, and has a remote-controlled turret (up, down, left, right) While it won't guzzle any sort of fuel, you'd best get rechargeable batteries as each tank consumes 8 AA batteries that last for approximately 2 hours before they're depleted. The range of tanks are :-
- M1A2 Abrams
- Leopard 2
- Type 90
- Tiger I
- T72M1
