Blu-ray-enabled Macs coming your way
Jan 3, 08 08:37 AM PDT

Word has it that Apple will be shipping Macs that come equipped with Blu-ray drives, although this announcement will probably come at this month's Macworld Expo. Prying around further also yielded rumors of the new Apple sub-notebook, although that remains to be confirmed. With the slew of hybrid drives coming up, do you think having Apple throw their weight behind Blu-ray will tip the pseudo-format war in Sony's favor, or do you think that this will still be a stalemate as you are rooting for hybrid drives? On another note, any positive development will just drive Apple's share prices even higher, with analysts targeting a $210 price point. Image from dadako.com. ( Add a comment)
