Capsule Fire Extinguisher Concept

Now this is one idea that most of us would kick ourselves, asking, "Why didn't I think about that before?". The Capsule fire extinguisher concept comes in a capsule form factor (hence its name) that holds powder within, allowing firefighters to roll or throw it into the bowels of a fire to extinguish it. This allows one to help put out fires in hard to reach places, and the concept does mention about an oxygen tank located within the capsule itself for folks trapped in a fire - an essential ingredient to help keep someone alive during those moments. Unfortunately, I don't think that's such a good idea as the presence of oxygen will do nothing but further feed the fire.
