CECT C3100 Cell Phone Announced

Looks like we have a new handset from China to keep us talking - the CECT C3100 which targets the low-end and rural markets. The CECT C3100 is tipped to retail for a mere $68, and that is unlocked to boot. Features include :-
- Bright LED flashlight
- Standby time of 25 days per charge (claimed, not tested in everyday conditions)
- Screen is capable of displaying larger letters for older folk
- 500 name phone book
