Dawn Alarm Clock Wakes You Up Gently
Jan 22, 08 07:13 PM PDT

The Dawn Alarm clock prefers to take the road less traveled while waking up its owner, using an array of bright LEDs to simulate the breaking of dawn, slowly cranking up the juice to light up your room. I suppose this will work for those who are sensitive to light (some folks can't wake up unless they get a violent aural assault), so I wouldn't recommend this to just about anyone. Thankfully, there is a backup of a ringing alarm that sounds once the lights achieve their maximum brightness. Perfect for those who need to wake up before the sun even rises, but to fork out $85 for something like this might be a bit hard to swallow for most people who have seen way cheaper alarm clocks in their day.

IT'S NOT THE ROAD LESS TRAVELED! Frost CLEARLY stated that both paths had been equally trodden-on!
That rant over, this would work with me if it was three inches above my face, even if it only prompted me to groggily close the blinds and try to go back to sleep on the couch.
