Hybrid Charger
Posted on Jan 7, 08 02:16 PM PDT
[CES 2008] The Hybrid Charger you see here doubles up as a car charger or a travel charger, letting you bring one less device to carry should you hit the road. It works with USB-powered devices only, but then again that isn't too big of a problem since many devices these days are powered by USB anyways. The USB connector as well as power pins can be retracted into the space within, but as you can see above, this is what it looks like when fully opened. There isn't any word on pricing or availability, but hopefully future iterations of the Hybrid Charger will come with more than a single USB port.
