No 120GB PlayStation 3, According to Sony Europe
Posted on Jan 30, 08 11:39 AM PDT

A recent rumor about a possible 120GB Playstation3 (PS3) was generating some buzz on the web, but Sony has responded officially to say that no such thing is in the works… at least in the UK.
"We do not currently have any plans to release a 120GB PlayStation 3 in the UK" (Sony Computer Entertainment Europe, SCEE)
The working is a little weird and I’m sure that someone will ask: “What about outside the U.K?”

This is in response to mostwanted20, that all good and well for you, but because stupid sony took the 60gb off uk market and left us with a rubbish waste of money 40gb console, with NO PS2 backwards compatibility. Totally unfair. Sony should release the 120gb in the uk if they plan to win the gaming war, because at the moment the Xbox 360 is sounding very appealing.

dont care about the size of the disk, i got a 250 usb external disk for 80 squid but they are wrong to abandon backward compatability
