[PMA 2008] Panasonic has annouced its Lumix DMC-TZ5 digital camera that targets the active user who wants a simple yet capable digital camera to tag along wherever he/she goes. You pretty much get all the standard trappings with this model, including :-

- 720p High Definition motion picture recording
- Intelligent Exposure
- Digital Red-eye Correction

- Intelligent ISO
- Intelligent Scene Selector
- Face Detection
- Continuous AF

I'm out there looking for a realy good point & shoot digital camera with a reasonable price. So far the DMC-TZ5 has caught my taste.
I'm also looking for one that is equipt with a remote but unfortunately they come only with DSLR.
