Photo Frames Support Internet Radio
Posted on Jan 22, 08 06:05 AM PDT

Internet radio is getting bigger and bigger by the day, and with UK's CSR and Korea's Telechips working together, we could soon see a WiFi-enabled digital photo frame that supports Internet radio hit the market pretty soon. Support for music subscription services such as Rhapsody, ShoutCast, WM Audio and vTuner are included thanks to Telechips' TCC8300 media processor. This new digital photo frame will also be able to accept digital photos via WiFi from compatible cell phones, giving this an edge over the current batch that are way more basic in operation. There is no word on a commercial release of this amalgamation of technologies just yet though.
