Blu_Ray High-Definition Make-Up

This sounds like a joke, but it is actually serious: Cargo Cosmetics has a line of cosmetics called Blu_Ray (underscore), not to be confused with Blu-Ray (dash). Cargo even uses a very similar font and blue tone.

But it all makes sense when you read Cargo’s moto: “Make-up developed for High-Definition filming”.

The idea that someone would make this is already stunning, but it’s even more surprising to think that someone might buy it. But hey, who wants make up for low-definition filming, huh?

The Cargo cosmetics line of blue_ray make-up is not a scam. I just bought some, even though i'm not being filmed in high-def and it's amazing. The pressed powder only comes in one color and it blends to match any skin tone. It's wonderful

Dear pixelsave (CommentID #479471),

Unfortunately, no-one around me appears on HDTV, but I do believe you that there is indeed high-end makeup. I just found the high-def *filming* argument amusing for a consumer product sold for $30 at Sephora.

Don't make yourself look like an idiot -- go ask a girl before posting things like this. This "Cargo Cosmetics" line may be a scam (may be, I don't know), but there are indeed make up products designed specially for high-def filming. Those are products with finer texture, especially those designed for air-brush application.
