The MDR-EX700LP Earbud Headphones come with the following specifications :

• 16mm driver units (108dB, 4-28 KHz) for faithful sound reproduction

• Closed vertical in-the-ear style for comfort
• Multi-layer diaphragm for high-resolution sound reproduction
• Hybrid silicone earbuds (7 sizes) for a more secure, comfortable fit

$300 for the MDR-EX700LP? That's expensive for earplugs, so I would personally pass, but that's your call. For the price, it would have been nice if there was more color choices, but we know.. it's really expensive to make color variation.
