This vehicle from China is powered by a 2kW electric motor and 60V batteries. Retailing for just $2,000, don't expect to hit killer speeds as the best it can do is 45mph, tops, with a range of 30 miles before you need to head towards a nearby power outlet. Guess small towns will benefit most from something like the XM-2000.
