Buffalo has just rolled out its new 1TB LinkStation Mini that holds a couple of 500GB 2.5" hard drives inside a single unit, making 1TB of storage space portable on an unprecedented level. It will hit retail stores sometime this month with a price tag of approximately $824 attached to it. I would probably use this as some sort of backup device for my notebook and leave it at home, since losing all those photos taken across a span of time will be too much for me to handle should the LinkStation Mini go missing during my travels.
