Dash Express Released

The Dash Express will be released on March 27 via Amazon for $399 a pop, being the first Internet-connected GPS unit from Dash that delivers up-to-date traffic information at a price. The first three months will be free, but each month after that will cost a minimal fee of $9.99. The Dash Express is able to switch between WiFi and cellular connections, where latching onto the former will result in larger downloads such as maps. Whenever it relies on a cellular GPRS connection, all you get are traffic feeds, as the Dash sends traffic reports back to the service. The results are said to be almost instantaneous, so you don't have to second guess just how long you'll be stuck in a massive downtown gridlock as the Express will be able to do so. Neat, eh? I think that feature does nothing but frustrate you more.
