Download Movies In A Flash
Mar 6, 08 07:35 PM PDT

A group of engineers at a British university claim to have constructed a device that offers broadband speeds of up to 100 times faster than what we have today, despite costing 75% less. It does so by channeling data more efficiently, letting one download 15 full length Hollywood movies in a single minute. Now I'm certainly skeptical about such lofty claims, but should this technology take off in the big way, it will surely make Blu-ray's recent victory as hollow as a rotting log.
