Ewgeco helps Monitor Energy Consumption
Posted on Mar 18, 08 05:54 PM PDT

Ewgeco is one device that every home should have, so that you know just exactly how much electricity, water and gas your household has consumed thus far without waiting for a literal shock from the electric company at the end of the month when the bill arrives at your doorstep. It works in tandem with sensors that sends readings to the main device wirelessly, and information will be presented in an easy-to-read bar which lights up in green, red or amber (depending on just how much juice you're consuming). Only businesses can install the Ewgeco at this moment though, which is a bummer for home users. Hopefully a home-friendly version will be made available, and not one bit later.
