The Runt Shocks

"Why, you little runt..." is a pretty common phrase heard all over the place, especially in day-care centers with exasperated caregivers. The 3.25" Runt stun gun looks like a pager, but it is capable of kicking out 350,000 volts of juice for a mere $40. If you want the 650,000 and 950,000 volts versions, you will need to top up the initial price with another $10 and $20, respectively.
