With the paranoia concerning bird flu in certain countries running high, it is important for various points-of-entry in affected countries to be able to use a system like the VereFlu flu detector. This device comes with STMicroelectronics’ In-Check lab-on-chip platform that is smaller than your fingernail, and all it takes is a single sampling to know whether you're infected with Influenza A or B viruses.
