Wii Nunchuck goes Wireless
Posted on Mar 18, 08 09:14 AM PDT

The Nintendo Wii nunchuck has finally shed its wired legacy thanks to Nyko who is prepping the release of its wireless version this March 25th. You will need to attach a tiny receiver unit to the Wiimote first though before the wireless Nyko nunchuck can be used. It is powered by a couple of AAA batteries that offer up to 30 hours of continuous play time, although I would say that the actual figure will be less than that. The wireless Nyko nunchuck for the Wii has been targeted with a $35 price tag. No more tripping around in the living room with this, I guess.
