AT&T Purchases Surface Table

AT&T has the honor of being the first retailer to pick up a Microsoft Surface table, making available its stock this April 17 at branches in New York, San Francisco, Atlanta and San Antonio. This is a surprise since Microsoft's May announcement last year threw a promise for the Surface to be in T-Mobile, Starwood Hotels, Harrah's casinos and IGN branches by winter. Guess having AT&T beat T-Mobile to the punch means the deal with the latter failed to materialize.
